Usually such issues indicate connectivity problems and we recommend the following:
· Try uploading / downloading your files later when there is less traffic
· Stop all your other downloads / uploads
· Contact your local Internet service provider for possible network problems.
Please note that FTP upload and download depends mainly on the client's connection to the server. This may be affected by multiple network factors such as hop count and local connectivity.
Our experience shows that in many cases the connection to your FTP account may be affected by a temporary connectivity issue. If this is only a one-time problem, you should try re-uploading your files in a few hours.
