How will I be billed for my account?
If you paid by credit card your credit card will be charged monthly/bi-annual/annually depending on your account type. If you signed up for cheque or cash payment, you will be emailed an invoice. Usually your payment is due 30 days after you receive the invoice. You can send in your cheque/cash payment to the address on your invoice.
