How to unblock your IP address

Description:
Mostly when you are unable to access you cPanel, Webmail, Website and Email Services it is due to your blocked IP address in our Firewall. IP address is blocked whenever there are more than 5 failed login attempt to any service within 10 minutes interval.

You can unblock your IP using our client area.

How to unblock the IP address?

  1. Login to customer portal at https://portal.hostbreak.com/clientarea.php.
  2. Once you are logged in to the portal, if your IP is blocked in Firewall it will automatically be removed from Blocked IP's list.

If your IP does not automatically unblock, the follow these steps:

  1. On menu bar click on “Support”.
  2. Under drop down menu click on “Unblock IP Address”.
  3. Click on “Check for IP Block and Remove”.
  4. Your IP will be removed from the block list.
