Following are the steps to Get backup and Restore the Microsoft SQL Server database:
Login to the Plesk > click on the domain > On the top of the right side there is an icon of "Backup Manager".
By clicking this, a new window will open showing "Backup manager for your domain "example.com". Here on the last tab of "more actions" click and drag down, and click on "Database Backup Repository".
A new window will open (here you will see the DataBase backup files if already created) under the tools heading, you can see a "Backup" icon.
Click on that Backup and name the backup file and click Ok (It will start backing up the database contents).
Once you have done with this, you can see in the previous window, the recent backup file will be present.
(If you want to download this backup file on your local machine, you can do that by clicking the down arrow at the last).
Now to Restore this backup, select your required file and click Restore. By doing this your data will be successfully restored.
