How to Access Webmail
Webmail allows you to access and manage your email directly through a web browser without configuring an email client such as Outlook.
The method used to access Webmail depends on whether your email account is hosted on a Windows or Linux hosting server.
Windows Hosting – SmarterMail
For Windows hosting, email accounts are managed through SmarterMail.
You can access SmarterMail using the following methods:
Using the Webmail URL
Open your web browser and visit:
Using the SmarterMail Login URL
You can also access SmarterMail using the Webmail/SmarterMail login details.
Enter your complete email address as the username, for example:
Then enter your email account password and click Login.
Linux Hosting – Roundcube
For Linux hosting, you can access your email through Roundcube Webmail.
Accessing Roundcube through cPanel

Log in to your cPanel account.

Go to Email → Email Accounts.

Locate the email account you want to access.

Click Check Email.

Select Roundcube to open your mailbox.
Accessing Webmail Directly
You can also access Webmail directly using:
Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
Enter your complete email address and mailbox password to log in.
Login Credentials
For both Windows and Linux hosting, use:

Username: Your complete email address, for example
user@example.com -
Password: The password assigned to the email account
