Enter your cPanel username and password (found in the welcome email). If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the client area or contact support.
Troubleshooting
- If your browser shows a security warning when using the hostname or IP, this is expected. You can safely continue.
- If you can't connect, check that your domain's DNS is pointing to us and try the hostname method.
- After several failed logins your IP may be temporarily blocked. Contact support with your IP address to have it unblocked.
- If port 2083 is blocked by your network or ISP, try a different connection (for example, mobile data) or contact support.
